67. Section 43, paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 47, sections 50, 51, 52, 63 and 66 do not apply to a holder of a management permit for a wildlife, recreational or agricultural development project.
Nor does paragraph 2 of section 47 apply to the holder of a management permit who carries out block cutting on the territory.
